xTerminal only requests standard permissions strictly necessary for its core network terminal functionality:

INTERNET Connects to your remote SSH, Telnet, and SFTP servers.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Detects network transitions (WiFi/Cellular) for auto keep-alive reconnection.
STORAGE Imports/exports connection bookmarks and saves downloaded SFTP files.
USB / SERIAL Direct console connection to hardware switches, routers, and ADB devices.
